Scarfs.pk Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

Items can be exchanged or returned within 3 days of delivery.

Items need to be in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed.

Gift cards, sale items, and discounted goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

2. Items that are damaged or defective

If your order is damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item, please check it when it is delivered and contact us immediately.

To support the claim, customers might be asked to send clear pictures of the product or an unboxing video.

If verified, we'll set up a refund or replacement based on your preferences.


3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, kindly contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number, reason for exchange, and preferred replacement item.

Shipping/courier charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.


4. Refunds

Only items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective are eligible for refunds.

We will let you know if your return is accepted after it has been received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.

If the product is in perfect condition, orders returned for personal reasons (color, design, change of mind, etc.) will not be refunded or exchanged.
